La Llei 34/2007, de 15 de novembre, de qualitat de l\u2019aire i protecció de l\u2019atmosfera defineix com a activitats potencialment contaminadores de l\u2019atmosfera aquelles que per la seva pròpia naturalesa, ubicació o pels processos tecnològics utilitzats constitueixin una font de contaminació. Aquestes activitats, segons la seva tipologia, poden requerir que siguin sotmeses a un règim de control i seguiment. La classificació depèn del grau de potencial contaminador de l\u2019activitat. Així les classificades com a A i B al catàleg APCA, són les de major grau contaminador i les que estan sotmeses a règim d\u2019autorització administrativa. Les classificades com a C tenen un potencial contaminador menor i només han de comunicar la seva activitat. Amb aquesta capa es pretén ubicar territorialment les instal·lacions classificades com a APCA, que actualment tenen resolució administrativa com a APCA. <\/SPAN><\/P>

Propòsit o finalitat: Donar a conèixer la ubicació de les instal·lacions amb resolució administrativa com a activitat potencialment contaminadora de l\u2019atmosfera (APCA) de les Illes Balears. Per una banda, instal·lacions que tenen Resolució d'autorització (grups A i B) i, per l'altra instal·lacions que tenen Resolució de condicionants (grup C).<\/SPAN><\/P><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/DIV>",
