Els habitatges de preu taxat tenen amb caràcter general la consideració d'habitatges lliures amb un preu màxim unitari per m² de venda establert i no poden tenir una superfície útil superior als 90 m<\/SPAN>2<\/SPAN><\/SPAN>,<\/SPAN><\/P>
