D’acord amb l’article 244 bis del Reglamen</SPAN><SPAN STYLE="font-weight:bold;font-size:14pt">t de</SPAN><SPAN STYLE="font-weight:bold;font-size:14pt"> Domini Públic Hidràulic, les reserves naturals fluvials són aquells cursos, o trams de cursos de corrents naturals, continus o discontinus, en els quals les pressions i impactes produïts com </SPAN><SPAN STYLE="font-weight:bold;font-size:14pt">a conseqüència de l’activitat humana no han alterat l’estat natural. </SPAN></P><P /><P STYLE="margin:0 0 0 0;"><SPAN>(ES)El Plan Hidrológico de las Islas Baleares aprobado mediante el Real Decreto 51/2019, de 8 de febrero (PHIB 2019), protege una serie de masas de categoría ríos como reservas naturales fluviales. De acuerdo con el artículo 244 bis del Reglamento de Dominio Público Hidráulico, las reservas naturales fluviales son aquellos cursos, o tramos de cursos de corrientes naturales, continuos o discontinuos, en los que las presiones e impactos producidos como consecuencia de la actividad humana no han alterado el estado natural.</SPAN></P><P STYLE="margin:0 0 0 0;"><SPAN>(EN) The Hydrological Plan of the Balearic Islands approved by Royal Decree 51/2019, of 8 February (PHIB 2019), protects a series of masses of river category as river nature reserves. In accordance with article 244 bis of the Hydraulic Public Domain Regulation, river nature reserves are those courses, or sections of natural, continuous or discontinuous current courses, in which the pressures and impacts produced as a result of the human activity have not altered the natural state.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN /></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
